A flowery, fruity, spicy and citrus sensation!

Food Match: Best when combined with fish cooking, antipasto, fish soup  and also white meat.

A straw-yellow wine with greenish highlights. The aroma is flowery, fruity, spicy,  citrus sensation, white flowers, soft and persistent. Acidity, bitter aftertaste and  great structure, best drank young.  The Passerina has a persistent taste.

Aged for 2 months in steel for noble dregs, then 4 months of in bottles. Serve at a temperature of 8°-10°C.


Pasetti winery was born in Francavilla, in the Adriatic coast, but over the years it has extended its vineyards in the inland parts of Abruzzo, finding the ideal location in Pescosansonesco (550 m AMSL) at the foot of Gran Sasso and in Capestrano (450 m AMSL) also known as “Tirino Valley”.
