Matteo Braidot chardonnay is a wine that has the typical aromas of the Friuli land.  Its harvest takes place during the first couple of weeks in September.

The fermentation is under controlled temperature.  Thereafter the wine rests on noble lees until ready for the bottling process.

The Braidot family has dedicated itself to farmimg since 1870.

Today the estate covers an area of  approximately  247 acres,  4/5 of which are vineyards, while the remaining land is kept as woodland and for vegetable crops.

The wines are made from a careful selection of grapes, with the typical haromas of the lands of Friuli, plain and raffinate wines and elegant at the same time, with respect for traditions.
